With travel and gathering restrictions still in place, FACTOR will be assessing eligible virtual Showcase and Tour Support applications based on the parameters outlined in the Virtual Performance document.
When applying for a virtual performance within any of our programs:
- An Application Budget must be uploaded upon submission.
- Following the execution of the virtual event, a completed cost report must be uploaded.
Application Budgets and Cost Reports will be accessible in the portal under the Tour Support or Showcase component page.
Please note: FACTOR’s portal will automatically calculate funding based on the standard subsidy amount after the application is completed. Our offer of funding and final payment will be based on 75% of expenses not to exceed other limits. As restrictions lift, in-person tours and showcases continue to be eligible under existing guidelines.
