The FACTOR Staff are committed to assisting the Canadian music industry with information and support that will enable people to successfully access funding and have a smooth and straightforward completion of their projects.

Questions regarding the completion of an application to submit to FACTOR should be forwarded to the Submissions Department.

Any questions regarding FACTOR approved projects should be directed to the Funded Projects Department.

For information regarding having FACTOR staff participate at information sessions, panels, workshops etc. please contact Julia Train, Communications Manager.

Requests for interviews, public comments and students requiring information for projects should also contact Julia Train, Communications Manager.
